Collection of Data

To use the services offered by Mihika Insurance And Financial Consultant Private Limited through its online platform ( website or app), you are required to register yourself, which requires you to provide the basic information, but not limited to email address, mobile number, password and other information.

In case you are availing services for investing in Mutual Fund via website or app, you are required to provide your personal information which includes but not limited to Name, Address, PAN number, DOB, Bank Account details, etc (collectively KYC Information) at the time of availing such services/products. The collection of all these data are mandatory as per governing bodies (SEBI and AMFI) in order to facilitate the online transaction and allot funds in coordination with AMCs.

We also collect your demographic details (referred as "log files") which includes but not limited to IP, location, gender, etc for maintaining the internal records and to improve our offerings.

Use of Collected Data

The information we collect (as stated in “Collection of Data”) will be used for following purposes.

  1. For conducting your Know Your Customer registration as required by governing bodies (SEBI and AMFI)
  2. For completing your request for services/products opted by you, which includes passing your request to registered bodies (AMCs) in case of Mutual Fund Purchase.
  3. For delivering you alerts/notifications related to your investments.
  4. For periodically sending your emails and SMS about your Investments, or any other information which we think may be interesting to you.
  5. For calling you to know your investment needs
  6. The Company will store this data as long as we believe it to be necessary and appropriate in order to provide and manage our services.

*You, at any point of time can unsubscribe from our mailing list if you do not wish to receive any promotional or informational emails from us. However, this excludes transactional emails which get triggered at the time of transaction related activity initiated from your end.
